Inspired by life, and then Matt’s blog, I decided to create this blog to catalog our little slice of life. Been doing the blogging thing off and on for a few years, but I always ran out of things to say. I’ve found that inspiration that went missing before.
In a nutshell, I’m a Chicago transplant, placed right in the heart of Farm Country in South Central Minnesota. Married to the gal that the gods of fate picked out for me long ago, we are celebrating the birth of our daughter: “dd“.
Nervous and Excited, all at the same time. This is our life.
The best is yet to come, and babe won’t it be fine.
note: neither one of us fit the bill of the stereotypical blogger. Not a single post has been made in a coffee shop, on a mac, behind glasses while wearing a black sweater.
Though we do own some of those things… and I have had a goatee… and we both like a good cup of coffee from time to time…….
